OUR MAINTENANCE POLICY
​

Raykent Logistics family, as ECM Maintenance Unit for Polatlı Beylikköprü Locomotive Maintenance – Repair Workshop;  

 

  • To implement an open and sustainable ECM Maintenance Management System for all maintenance operations,

  • For railway train operators, infrastructure operators, to maintain the locomotives / vehicles in a timely and trouble-free manner in accordance with national / international standards,

  • For railway train operators, infrastructure operators, smooth fleet tracking of locomotives / vehicles in accordance with national / international standards  to be able,

  • To create and develop systems that enable locomotives / vehicles to provide environmentally friendly service by keeping safety and quality in the first place,

  • In EC M Maintenance processes; To provide services in accordance with international standards with competent and sufficient personnel,

  • To create an infrastructure for the implementation of all our workshop and workshop personnel, in order to ensure that the ECM maintenance functions carried out in the workshop are of high standard, national and international agreements and contracts and the rules of legal regulations ,

  • To follow the technological developments in locomotive / vehicle maintenance-repair functions and to carry out the necessary studies for the implementation of maintenance development,

  • To establish mutual cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors that will standardize product and service quality, to use quality materials in accordance with the standards,

  • Contributing to the safety and preference of railways in ECM maintenance activities carried out by prioritizing National and European Standards, legal regulations, safety and quality,

  • To maximize our performance and management system as a whole with all our employees in order to always do better and better quality,

 

It has been adopted as our main goal to apply the above principles from the top management to the lowest units.

EMNİYET HEDEFLERİMİZ​

​

  • SCC (Emniyet Kritik BileÅŸenleri) ve ECM konusunda tüm personele konu ile ilgili eÄŸitimlerin tekrarı ile bakım faaliyetleri ve emniyeti konusunda uzmanlaÅŸmayı saÄŸlamak

 

  • Bakımı yapılan lokomotiflerin bakım yapılan kısımlarında bir sonraki bakıma kadar arızasız çalışmasını saÄŸlamak

 

  • Bakım faaliyetleri sırasında meydana gelen hataları düÅŸük oranda tutmak

 

  • Bakım planlarında belirtilen iÅŸlemlerin eksiksiz ve zamanında yapılmasını saÄŸlayarak oluÅŸabilecek hata ve arızaları en az seviyede tutmak

 

  • Tüm personellerin veya çalışan temsilcisinin katılımının saÄŸlanarak yılda en az 1 kez çalışan toplantısı yapmak

 

  • Kalite belgesi ve mümkünse emniyet sistemi olan tedarikçilerle % 60 oranında çalışmak

 

  • Bakım faaliyetleri sırasında oluÅŸabilecek iÅŸ kazası oranını sıfır oranında tutmak

 

  • Atölye içerisinde risk oluÅŸturabilecek önlemler kapsamında, Ortam Ölçümlerinin periyodik devamlılığını saÄŸlamak

 

  • ECM performansının ölçülerek sürekli iyileÅŸtirilmesini saÄŸlamak

  • Kalite, Çevre ve Ä°SG Yönetimi konusunda, tüm personelin eÄŸitim tekrarları ile uzmanlaÅŸmayı saÄŸlamak

  • Faaliyetlerimiz sırasında meydana gelen yada gelebilecek olan iÅŸ kazalarını sıfır seviyede tutmak

  • Acil durumlarla ilgili faaliyetleri planlamak ve sürekli kontrolünü saÄŸlamak

  • Ä°lkyardım eÄŸitimli personel sayısını yeterli seviyelerde tutmak

  • Faaliyetlerimizden kaynaklanan çevresel etkileri en aza indirerek çevreye saygılı hizmet gerçekleÅŸtirmek ve personellerimizde çevre kültürünü yükseltmek

  • Atıkları yerinde ayrıştırarak atık geri dönüÅŸümünü saÄŸlayarak çevre kirliliÄŸini azaltmak

  • Elektrik, su ve kimyasal tüketiminin azaltılması için faaliyet planlaması yapmak

  • Kalite, Çevre ve Ä°SG standartları gerekliliklerinin yerine getirilmesini saÄŸlayacak sistem faaliyetlerimizin performanslarını ölçerek sürekli iyileÅŸtirmeler yapmak
