OUR MAINTENANCE POLICY

Raykent Logistics family, as ECM Maintenance Unit for Polatlı Beylikköprü Locomotive Maintenance – Repair Workshop;  

• To implement an open and sustainable ECM Maintenance Management System for all maintenance operations,

• For railway train operators, infrastructure operators, to maintain the locomotives / vehicles in a timely and trouble-free manner in accordance with national / international standards,

• For railway train operators, infrastructure operators, smooth fleet tracking of locomotives / vehicles in accordance with national / international standards  to be able,

• To create and develop systems that enable locomotives / vehicles to provide environmentally friendly service by keeping safety and quality in the first place,

• In EC M Maintenance processes; To provide services in accordance with international standards with competent and sufficient personnel,

• To create an infrastructure for the implementation of all our workshop and workshop personnel, in order to ensure that the ECM maintenance functions carried out in the workshop are of high standard, national and international agreements and contracts and the rules of legal regulations ,

• To follow the technological developments in locomotive / vehicle maintenance-repair functions and to carry out the necessary studies for the implementation of maintenance development,

• To establish mutual cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors that will standardize product and service quality, to use quality materials in accordance with the standards,

• Contributing to the safety and preference of railways in ECM maintenance activities carried out by prioritizing National and European Standards, legal regulations, safety and quality,

• To maximize our performance and management system as a whole with all our employees in order to always do better and better quality,

It has been adopted as our main goal to apply the above principles from the top management to the lowest units.
